What are your delivery charges and timelines?
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping charges are PKR 200, but we offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a request.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. We also accept secure online payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Credit/Debit cards.
Are the colors of the products accurate?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting and variations in monitor displays, there might be a slight difference in the actual shade.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
